5- Know your pressure: measure the pressure as recommended by doctors

6- Lose weight: losing 4.5 kg can make a big difference

7- Stop smoking / avoid alcohol: If you are a smoker, stop smoking

8- Relax and sleep well: Relaxation relieves high pressure, and good sleep increases energy
