Some diets rely heavily on carbohydrates and others largely avoid them. What carbohydrates should we avoid and what should we rely on?

- Empty calories turn into fat
- High blood glucose levels and feeling tired
And they are in: sweets, sweetened corn chips, soft drinks, refined bread.
